Group Description

The Sustainable Investing Group provides a forum to advance the dialogue around the role of sustainable investing (SI) in today’s markets. Programs focus on current SI issues, including those related to fiduciary responsibility and risk management. Members seek to identify the challenges and rewards of incorporating environmental, social, and governance factors in security analysis. 

This week we will be joined by special guest, Jessica Whitt.

Jessica Whitt is a Director and US Head of ESG Research based in New York. Prior to joining Barclays in 2021, Jessica was first a Senior Research Analyst covering Emerging Markets Equities, then Head of ESG Research for Emerging Markets Equities at Morgan Stanley Investment Management. Previously, she was a Senior Research Analyst covering global and emerging markets automotive and industrials at Moon Capital Management.

Jessica has a B.A. from Colgate University with double major in International Relations and Asian Studies and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business with concentrations in Economics and Finance.

CFANY reserves the right to cancel or reschedule all in-person events within 48 hours when inclement weather has been forecasted and travel is restricted by city officials.  The program may also be produced solely via livestream in such circumstances.  Please note the cancellation policy regarding refunds and substitutions.
