The CFA Society New York Investment Professional Employment Outlook Series is a collection of events for investment industry professionals looking to learn more about job hunting strategies, common pitfalls in interviewing and how to avoid them, as well as effective interaction with internal HR personnel and agency recruiters, with the guidance of some of the most experienced investment industry employment experts CFA Society New York has to offer.

The Series events also elaborate on compensation negotiation in a tactful manner, in addition to offering insightful tips on how to navigate mid-career changes. Finally, the expert senior investment industry executive recruiters and HR executives from leading search and financial services firms not only provide color on the current hiring trends within the industry, but also their expectations during the next six months.

The Series was founded by CFA Institute’s Inaugural Global Outstanding Young Leader and CFA Society New York’s 2016 Benjamin Graham Distinguished Service Award recipient, 2015 Volunteer of the Year and 2013 Young Investment Professional Award recipient, THOMAS BRIGANDI, in collaboration with Evelyn Yeow and Paulina Rogawski.
